WasteTracker is a waste intelligence platform designed specifically for Commercial Real Estate, enabling landlords and tenants to measure, manage, and minimize waste through a fully integrated solution. The platform combines three core elements: hardware, software, and mentorship.

At the building level, the WasteTracker Terminal is installed in the waste cabin to precisely measure and register the weight, type, and source of waste — both incoming waste and collected pickups. This data is available in the WasteTracker Web Panel, an online platform for property owners, managers, and individual tenants, providing transparent insights into waste production, cost control, and ESG reporting.

Complementing the technology layer, Zero Waste mentorship turns data into actionable strategies that support operational improvement and long-term sustainability goals. Founded in Warsaw in 2024 by Real Estate professionals, WasteTracker has already onboarded over 150 buildings across 8 countries.
