When a visitor is pre-registered in Smart Spaces, a corresponding visitor record and QR-code credential are automatically created in Net2, allowing guests to access the building for a set timeframe without any manual intervention from on-site staff. Staff lists can also be synchronised from Paxton to Smart Spaces, enabling filtered staff selection and RFID card issuance for temporary or replacement credentials. Together, the integration helps building managers and occupiers deliver a frictionless, remotely manageable visitor and access experience.
