Smart Spaces partnered with Landsec to deliver a digital experience that re-imagines the modern workplace. From early design stages through to portfolio-wide rollout, we worked as a trusted technology partner, shaping strategy, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and helping Landsec set a new standard for connected, people-centric spaces. The brief was clear: create a single app that would transform how people access, experience, and enjoy Landsec’s London workplaces. The result is the Landsec Experience app – a smart, intuitive platform that gives every user seamless access, live updates, personalised events, and a stronger connection to their workplace community. Built around simplicity and impact, the app allows registered users to access any Landsec building with just a smartphone or smartwatch.
Contactless entry, managed through HID Mobile Access, removes friction from daily routines. Whether it’s opening a door, booking a meeting room at Myo, or signing up for a wellbeing event, the experience is fast, personal, and beautifully integrated. Landsec’s commitment to customer experience shines through in every detail.
Rather than operating separate apps for each building, all content, updates and activations are managed centrally. Whether it’s an announcement about free coffee in Victoria or a new pop-up stall in Southbank, communication is instant and targeted. Push notifications keep users informed, while local offers and discounts add another layer of value to the workday.
Crucially, the app also gives Landsec valuable insight into how spaces are being used, with feedback loops built in to help refine services and respond to occupier needs. It’s a two-way conversation, one that keeps the workplace evolving alongside its community.
