MENA Sales Lead

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded, MENA Sales Lead to support new business growth across the region. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and working from our office at DIFC’s PropTech Hub, this role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving regional revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Smart Spaces’ presence across MENA and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients and partners in the market.


Role responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth across the MENA region
  • Identify, research, and engage prospective clients across key target markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders across the region
  • Lead outbound business development activity across email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and other relevant channels
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to follow up on inbound enquiries, campaigns, events, and partner-led opportunities
  • Research target accounts and map key decision-makers across workplace, real estate, facilities, operations, and technology functions
  • Progress commercial conversations from initial engagement through to qualified opportunity stage
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progression, and account intelligence within the CRM
  • Develop a strong understanding of Smart Spaces’ platform, value proposition, and market positioning
  • Share market feedback, buyer insight, and competitor intelligence with internal teams
  • Represent Smart Spaces professionally and uphold the reputation of the company at all times


Role requirements (essential):

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role with responsibility for driving pipeline and new business growth
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and create qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound activity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and leading commercial conversations
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target driven
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team
  • Able to work full time from our office at DIFC’s PropTech Hub
  • Ability to support business development activity across the MENA region


Role requirements (desirable):

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, workplace technology, smart building technology, or a related sector
  • Experience selling into enterprise real estate, workplace, facilities, operations, or technology teams
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies
  • Strong research and account-mapping skills
  • Interest in workplace innovation, real estate technology, and smart buildings
  • Experience working across the UAE or wider MENA region
