The building’s dedicated app by Smart Spaces, kicks in as soon as you enter the building, offering contactless access wherever you need to be; controlling security gates, lifts and opening doors as you move around inside, and granting hassle-free access to visitors.

Smart Spaces acted as Master Systems Integrator (MSI) for this project, and we advised and coordinated on network design and selection of base systems for compatibility with Smart Building technologies. Facilitating and coordinating integration requirements for the Energy Analytics as well as a schedule of property management software tools including asset tagging, O&M management, CAFM/Help Desk and our Content Management System. Our Post room management tools are available to all clients or we can integrate with third-parties.
What’s Next?
Smart Spaces work closely with the client and its consultants to collaborate and drive our digital twin technology deployed at this location. The Smart Spaces Digital Twin aids the client services and landlord/occupier FM teams to visualise, control and analyse the M&E for fault diagnostics and diagnosis for the building optimisation use cases. As well as energy savings and optimisation of services including maintenance scheduling and operations.
Where data integration is required from the building to serve our software tools, Smart Spaces takes responsibility for coordinating and enabling these integrations through the BOS whether directly to our Platform or via a MSI provided MQTT broker.
